Module learning outcomes

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the rules of intestacy and the administration of the estate of a person who dies without a will.

Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the legal rules relating to formalities needed for the creation of a valid will, and the successful revocation of a will.

Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the legal rules relating to the capacity and intention required to make a valid will.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the rules relating to claims against the estate under the Administration of Estates Act 1925.
