Recognition of prior learning
The 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ Recognition of Prior Learning Procedure has been reviewed in line with the QAA's UK Quality Code for Higher Education on Assessment, published in November 2025.
The Recognition of Prior Learning procedure sets out the procedure and process for applications to be considered from students who wish to transfer to the 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ with credit achieved at another 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ. The procedure also sets out the process for Sussex students who have left the 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ to reapply to the same course or a different course.
