Research
I am interested in educational research which aims to cultivate well-being, support capacity building, and promote the聽furthering of聽human potential in contexts of higher education internationally. My research encompasses reflection and reflexivity, character strengths and wellbeing, authenticity and congruence, and聽the development of teachers and researchers as whole people. I am also interested in what it means to be a scholar in a context of military occupation.
I am currently the聽Education Pathway lead for Sussex in the聽 funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
