Our new online booking system makes booking courts and classes easier, either on the web or using the iscuba app.

The new look online booking option is more intuitive and easier to find classes and courts to book.

You can now add favourite classes to your profile, so that you dont have to search for them and miss out.

You can now pay for your courts and classes online via the new pay portal within the online booking system. On completing your transaction you will receive a confirmation email for your payment and a confirmation email for the booking. Please keep these emails. Over the summer we will be introducing the ability to purchase your membership online and automatically have your membership added to our management system, ready for you to use when you arrive at either facility.

If you are a current student or staff member, you do not need to confirm your password when you login for the fist time. Simply click on the home button.

If you purchased your membership online, we will email you with confirmation of your membership activation. Please note that this is not an automated email so you may not receive it until the following working day, depending on the time that you purchased your membership online. Once you have recieved this email, you will be able to make bookings online.

Current Student and Staff 

Current students and staff members can access our online booking system, via web booking or the iscuba app, by logging in with their 5X社区视频 user id (e.g. ab123) and your normal password. Those that have been using the previous online booking system, you will no longer be able to access the new system with your previous username and password combination.

If you are a current member you will be able to see your active memberships. If you have two memberships showing, choose the membership that is currently active. When booking classes and courts, the portal will automatically choose the one that provides you with the best priced option.

Current Public and Alumni Members

If you are accessing the new system for the first time you will need to reset your password. To do this use the  here and go to login. Go straight to the 'Forgotten Password' link, no need to add any information on this initial screen. You will then be asked for your email address. Please use the email address that we have on our system for you. You will then need to follow the instructions on your screen and email to set up a new password. 

Please note your password needs to fulfil the following requirements: 

• 8 characters
• an uppercase letter
• a lowercase letter and a numeral
• symbols are optional 

Non-members

You can now pay for your booking by completing the required information when prompted. You do not need to have an online booking password.

Booking and Cancelling Classes

 How to book a class

• Select book a class
• If you have selected favourites, these will automatically show in this screen, ready for you to book
• If you have multiple favourites, you can search for specific classes
• To book all other classes, select all classes
• You can search for specific classes, choose from our categories of classes or by class date
• Click on the class you want to book and this will be added to your basket, 

To cancel a class booking

• Select 'manage my activities' from the home screen
• Select the class you want to cancel
• You will now see a box letting you know if there is a cancellation fee or it is within the cancellation range
• Click on cancel booking to complete the transaction

Booking and Cancelling Courts

To book a court

• Select 'Book a Court'.
• Choose which activity and location
• You will see available and booked courts
• Select a time that is available and this will be added to your basket

To cancel a court booking

• Select 'manage my activities' from the home screen
• Select the booking you want to cancel
• You will see a box letting you know if there is a cancellation fee or it is within the cancellation range

Adding Classess to Your Favourites List

• Select book a class
• Select all classes
• Simply click on the start in the top right of the class description box
• These are now added and will show as soon as you click book a class

Please note that bookings can only be cancelled online, via the telephone (voicemails are not accepted) or in person at either reception. You cannot cancel bookings via email. 24-hours notice of any cancellation is required to avoid arrears being incurred.
